Andrew Wiggins brushed off the idea that his college decision could be swayed by his McDonald's All-American buddies this week in Chicago. Latest on Andrew WigginsI really think Kentucky has the best shot at getting Wiggins, but Florida State might be his final destination. His mom and dad are Florida State alum, and he'd be the big fish in a little pond down there with little doubt that he's going to be a lottery pick no matter where he goes to school. Kentucky is his best shot at a title if that is important to him, and his best opportunity to be a part of the most dominating team in history. Next years team could be good enough to go undefeated with a lopsided margin of victory in every game.

I really feel that he'll be a Cat since Aaron Gordon chose Arizona instead of Kentucky sensing that Wiggins was Lexington bound. Sounds good though, doesn't it?

Sounds very good indeed. I want Wiggins a little more each day for some reason. I guess i'm just greedy, but I want to steamroll every team we face next year and Wiggins would be a huge part of that equation.

Wiggins' brother tweeted today that he "felt UK was not the right fit for his brother to have 'his own legacy' and their parents want him to "go to FSU". Well, with the legacy comment, I am glad we are not recruiting the brother!

We may well not get him, but even with out him we are still odds on favorite to cut down the nets. If Wiggins is more interested in his legacy than a championship then he should go to FSU. I'm glad its his brother making those comments and not him. If chooses not to win a championship thats his prerogative; he won't be remembered long for being a big fish in a small pond. If however he comes to Kentucky and wins a championship then he has sealed his legacy and will never be forgotten. Life is about choices; lets hope Wiggins makes the right choice.
