The race issue is a non-issue. Those who bring it up are the racists.

This type of thing gripes my butt. How stupid someone can be to even think race was involved. To the accuser I feel that your the racist. I back up my statement with the fact that we have had several black assistant coaches and one of those was a woman that later coached our womens team. If we are racist what does that make all of the teams who have never had a black coach or an assistant coach. If anything UK is one of a few that has given a black a chance to coach at the top level. ^^^ I sure hope we don't have to hire him. That would meant that at least 5 other coaches turned us down.

I would think that Donovan, Calipari, Gillispie, Matta, and Izzo would all be ahead of him on our list.
