Will Tubby's jersey go up into the rafters along with Rupp, Hall, and Pitino?

Ummmm...NO! One NC, One Final Four, not enough of the top tier credentials I don't think. Rick P did wonders with what he had to work with in the early 90s and really turned us around.
Especially not with how he ended his career at UK...NO NO NO!

If they don't hang it, it will be seen as further evidence that UK and all Kentuckians are racist.

It should be there IMO. He didn't go out with a bang, but until the last few years he had a very good tenure here.

Raise it high, right beside the rest.

Yep, 4 names because history will note that 4 different coaches have won a National Championship at Kentucky....
No other school has had more than 2 different coaches win a NC, right?

If every other coach that won a title is up there, then yes. Otherwise, no.

I'd rather see Tayshaun Prince, Keith Bogans or Chuck Hayes up before I see Tubby Smith's.

It should go up there, even if he did lead us to mediocrity. He did win a NC and he did not disgrace the University like Sutton did. 10 years from now who is going to remember, especially after winning number 8 and 9 with Coach Billy.

imo, it should be hung in the rafters. regardless of what people may say about winning his nc with pitino's players, he still coached the team that ultimately won #7. what he accomplished in 1998, with only prior hc experience at tulsa and georgia and 1 yr at uk for a total of 7 years hc expereince, is still amazing.
