No matter who selects Tayshaun Prince in Wednesday night's NBA draft, there's a pretty good chance he'll have at least a passing familiarity with his new hometown. By the time the draft begins, the 6-9 forward from the University of Kentucky will have worked out for 17 of the league's 29 teams. "I should be able to get a free (airline) ticket," jokes Prince, who graduated from Kentucky on May 5 and has been on the move ever since. But these workouts and the accompanying meetings with team officials are no joke when it comes to the guaranteed, multimillion-dollar contracts that go to first-round draft picks. Though the workouts have been part of teams' evaluation processes at least since the mid-1960s, they have taken on a more prominent role in the past decade. Most of the top prospects don't participate in either of the NBA's remaining pre-draft combine camps.

At ESPN, They seemed to think that he was going to end up at LA Lakers but that's late in the first round. LA was named earlier in the off season as was a different team every week. I really don't believe anyone knows right now where he will end up. I can't say LA would be a bad choise for him to end up at.
