I was summoned for jury duty when I was 19. Pretty crazy stuff to be that young and have your hands tied to someone's future. Im sure Tubby is a fine juror. Maybe he'll like it mroe than I did.

It would be weird to serve on a jury with famous people.

I was only summoned for jury duty one time (guess I don't have a "lucky number"!), but was never picked for a jury. Seemed they always had their picks in place before they ever got around to me, which was fine.
Last summer, my boss had to sit through a 4 week murder trial and he said that was one of the most challenging experiences he had ever endured. You can't let your mind wander for even a second, regardless of how dry and tedious some of the evidence may seem while being presented. Then on top of all that, you hold a person's future in your hands. Heavy stuff.
I am sure Tubby will do a fine job, though.

I wonder if Tubby will wait until they go back out to give their verdict before he tells them what HIS decision is?

Tubby will do a fine job as a juror.
I was recently called to do jury duty for the first time in my life but thankfully got out of doing it..I don't think I could have stood it..It would be interesting to see how it works but I got off and don't have to do the jury duty right now.

For years I would tell people that I would get myself out of jury duty by telling the court that I dont care if the defendant is guilty or not I would automatically say Not Guilty because of my distrust of the legal system but slightly after the O.J. Simpson trial my view has changed I still dont trust the legal system BUT...it is the best in the WORLD and I should do my part as a citizen. But if there is doubt I would have to say not guilty. I've never been a juror, but I was recently a defendent. I was tryed for 2 counts of aggrevated assault, and adulteration of liquid. I was found not guilty. Of course, this was a mock trial in my US Government class. ;D
