The return of 7-foot-1 center Chris Marcus doesn't necessarily mean Western Kentucky University fans will have to wait a year to see incoming freshman Michael Doe.
Coach Dennis Felton said he has ''no idea'' if he will redshirt Doe, a 7-2, 190-pound center from Fort Walton Beach, Fla.
''You want to get him in the program and evaluate where he is,'' Felton said. ''You don't make that decision until the very last minute. So whether or not anyone redshirts has little to do with if Chris is here.''
Marcus' return means a logjam of experienced players in the Hilltoppers' post. The 6-8 Nate Williams and 6-9 Todor Pandov were key figures in the rotation last season, and 6-10 Caleb Halcomb figures to earn more playing time as a junior.

They sure have some tall timber at WKU. Will be interesting to see who, if anyone, gets redshirted.
