BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) - Iraqi police have arrested four people in the killing of American Nicholas Berg, an Iraqi security official said Friday.
The suspects were former members of Saddam Hussein's Fedayeen paramilitary organization, said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity. They were arrested a week ago.

Also I read where one of them was Saddam's nephew.
We should send Sen. Kennedy over there to stand watch over the prisoners so he can oversee there treatment. He could write letters home to the America families who have had a son or daughter, or dad or mom killed and he could tell them how well he was treating the prisoners that killed their family member.
That would make him proud, I am sure.
I am sure Sen. Kennedy would feel he was doing a great deed.

For the record, I will state again that the US has to be the "bigger person" in this situation. Whatever atrocities committed by Iraqis, you don't torture prisoners. You (the US) abide by the Geneva Convention. TB, interested to know how you know which of these prisoners killed Americans and which Americans they killed? Or is it fine to just punish all of them for the deeds of SOME? By all means, you'll need to give that information to Senator Kennedy before he takes over the overseeing of the prisoners. He'll need to know exactly which prisoners killed which Americans so he can accurately report how "well" he is treating each.

Nobody said anything about what stupid prisoners killed any stupid others. I said Kennedy could write letters to the American families, not what prisoner did what.

And we should just line up the americans who mistreated the prisoners and shot every dame one of them. Would that be good for starters.

Sorry, I reread my post and I did sound a little like I was pointing out that this prisoner killed that family member. Did not mean it that way.
The point was about Sen. Kennedy commenting that the America prisoner mistreatment was just like and just as bad as the Saddam torture chambers.
I think Sen. Kennedy was just as far out of line as was the Am. soldiers who did the mistreatment were.
