Chuck shooting free throws

This is very strange. Chuck has developed a horrible hitch in his free throw shooting. He is 3/11 for the season, 27%.

He looks like he is hating life every time he steps to that line. But his teammates reassure him and look very supportive.

It seems like whenever I watch him shoot free throws, he always gets the other team to commit a lane violation because of the awkward pause before the release.
