WASHINGTON, June 1 — The United States will strike first if necessary to win the war on terrorism, President Bush told West Point graduates Saturday. “In defending the peace, we face a threat with no precedent.” Warning of the continuing danger, he said: “We must take the battle to the enemy, disrupt its plans, and confront the worst threats before they emerge.” The complete story here.

Wow. This is a week after he promised no more attacks. I know he said he would stay away from Iraq...but I think he should start reconsidering. If India and Pakistan start a war, we might see a chain effect and wars all over the place might pop up.
