I tell you what. You let Tubby go and bring in the General and we will be going to the final four. Now I never did like the guy but he knows how to get it done.

Is that why his last 10 or so Indiana teams never snipped a Sweet 16 with the same resources that a power like Kentucky has?

Elite 8 is never early in my book. But, to answer your question, we hear that because in fact Tubby's percentage in the NCAA tourney is in the top 6 of all active coaches. Whoever says that has a point based on the facts. I might need to start saying that more. kt, not starting anything here, but you are one of the VERY few that consider an elight eight or sweet sixteen a good season every year. The long time fans just expect more. You can see it, or you can ignore it. And throwing Bobby Knight in does not make any argument for what Coach Smith has or has not done. After all, if a bad team beats a bad team, they are still a bad team.
