I'm not gonna answer in this poll as I really don't see the use in rehashing the same thread every month. Some people like Tubby and some don't. And, whoever said I'm less opinated every day is lost IMO.

Guys, I'm new to the forum so don't get the wrong idea. I'm 33 and my feelings about Tubby are up and down. I live in Lex and hear all kinds of things and i believe there are more Tubby supporters than anything. I can completely understand why people would be down on Tubby. The team is playing bad and this and that. But how much of it is really Tubby's fault. Do you think he has changed his coaching any. I think not. YOu want ot talk about his recruiting. Well I do believe there are 3 all americans on the team. How many other teams can say that? Let's say Tubby does go. Then what? Granted the is alot of good coaches out there but they are coaching already. I can see maybe one guy I would accept and that would be Majeras. So please let's see how the season shapes out and go from there. I still Kelenna was the crushing blow in the off season.

THIS IS KENTUCKY. A good 2004 class is sandwiched between a class ranked 80th in the country(2003) and a class ranked 108th in the country(2005). Unacceptable to this UK fan.

Popeye, Yes, I would agree that Coach Smith hasn't changed his coaching style. That may very well be the problem. What might have worked a few years ago, doesn't always work today. I think that there is a lot of truth in some of the hearsay from Lexington being that the players aren't buying into Tubby's system. Try the link that I posted off of ESPN..."Throw away the Manual", comparing UK style to the new Villanova.
