think that will play any role in whether Tubby gets the axe this year or not. I think if both turn us down (and it looks like that is very likely), that will be a very telling sign that there is a desperate need for a change in this program.
ps. Admins you can move this post if you would like, but its kinda a mixed recruiting, team, and hottub type of post so i really didnt know where to put it.

It might play a role in Tubby getting canned after next season. With no Patterson, no Lucas and possibly no Morris, next year could get ugly.

I personally would like to see a change, but in my heart i really think that Tubby will be here for at least 1-3 more years. Mainly because of the money, but I think barnhart will probably tell him to get rid of a couple of asst. coaches and give him a little more time to straighten things out. I do think that part of our coaching problem lies with the asst. coaches, finney being hired is a start, when we lost George Felton, Shawn Finney, Mike Sutton it affected the program worse than anyone might have thought.
On the other hand I did here today that a big money person in paris said that Tubby was gone and that it was a done deal. another case of rumors in my opinion

Both have indicated that they were going to wait until they were convienced that Tubby would be here for them. They have not rushed anything and they won't rush now. They will wait until after the Tubby and Mitch meeting after the season. Any speculation on that now is just a waste of "worrying" and should be avoided.

I agree. IT IS UGLY NOW!!!
This was coming for more than the 2 years now. It is better to let Tubby go. IF that happens it is beyond UGLY.
