A lot of people think so. I expect Barnhardt to pull the "Ron Hudson" move on OTS and tell him to replace two of the staff. We would then try to hire an offense coach and move Finney to the bench. Hire an admin type to fill Finney's position.
That won't help the team, but will be kind of like what happened at Miss State a few years back when they fired half of the football staff and proceeded to have one of their worst season ever. They fired the other half the next year.
The Silly Season at its peak.

There are to many IF's and questions if Mitch does this. IF UK just changes assisstants... 1. Will they like Tubby's style and fit in? 2. Does Tubby change his style? 3. Do they mix a new style with Tubby's 4. If there is a new or a mix of the systems, everything the kids have learned is mute? 5. If they learn new things all your player become freshman and don't know what to do. 6. If they keep Tubby's style, do these new guys do the recruiting? 7. Does UK lose the recruits they have coming if Tubby changes? 8. Our Juniors don't know how to lead now, How is their leadership skills if there is change? 9. Does Tubby have a say in the new assisstants? 10. If he does WHY DO ANYTHING AT ALL? 11. If he doesn't then you are tying his hands and is he really the HEAD COACH? I could go on, but I know you guys get the point. I just think it is better to let Tubby go period. IF the kids are going to learn anything NEW. LET IT BE FROM A NEW COACH.

I think our leader next year will be the one that has stepped up this year, and his name is jodie meeks. as far as the recruits go i think that they are only wanting Tubby there and not really the assistants. The only thing that needs to be done on offense is a lot more transition, faster pace. I think they could learn a few things from ohio state, in that the gaurds and forwards ru n the floor and penetrate with morris crashing the boards and following up their shots.

Jodie Meeks would be an excellent choice. I don't see Bradley and Crawford as Seniors letting that happen. They don't now as Juniors.
As far as the style.... If Tubby would change his style alot of us would not have a problem with him. He would also get recruits to come here. That is the whole point of what most of the fans don't like about Tubby.
It is not "HIM" personally. He is a great person. We just don't like his style and he promises every year to change and doesn't.
