The Celtics came up a couple of games short of going to the Finals losing to the Nets 96-88. But they had a very successful season, and maybe next season they'll be able to take it a step or two further.

An outstanding year for the Celtics. I was looking forward to a Celtics-Lakers finals. It would have been like being a kid again. I was starting to have flashbacks.
Oh well. Looks like the Lakers may not get there either. They have their hands full with the Kings. Sacramento has a good team.
This could turn out to be a Kings-Nets final.

Very disappointed that Boston let it slip away from them last night. They had such an incredible year and have come so very far in the past 18 months. They have great spirit, determination and they play hard. Love seeing that in an NBA team.
Personally, I'd rather it be a Kings/Nets final rather than the Lakers representing the West. I cannot stand Shaq (goes back to his LSU days!) and Phil Jackson is not exactly my favorite person either. Fine coach, but he truly grates on my nerves.
