Tackling Jared Lorenzen is like trying to knock over a big oak tree. The Kentucky quarterback is listed at 6-foot-4, 275 pounds, but most think he's closer to 300 pounds. He weighed 13 pounds at birth, but he's never let anyone talk him into being a lineman. That's a good thing for Kentucky, which plays Middle Tennessee State (0-2) on Saturday in Lexington, Ky. The junior ranks second in school history in total offense and passing yardage. ''He's a big sucker and he has great mobility for a quarterback,'' MTSU linebackers coach Kevin Fouquier said. ''It's going to be like hitting another tackle back there. He has great awareness, a quick release and a strong arm. He's definitely a quarterback. His body's not that, but don't let it fool you.''

He's definatley one of the toughest QB's in the country to bring down.
