Coach Guy MorrissOn come from behind win... "It says a lot about (our) character. We were out of sync all night, but they just hung in tough and found a way to win. Last year we weren't finding a way to win those games. I think that says a lot about our team." On Artose Pinner... "He's a special running back. The more you give him the ball the better he gets." Does the team win without him... "Without Artose? Probably not. He was consistent in his play making and if it hadn't of been for him we would have been in some serious trouble." More from the players

It seems weird in football when we beat a team to go 3-0, and the players and coaches are talking about our lack of focus and how we need to improve. I love it. ;D

I think I had posted toward the end of last season that I had great hopes coming into this year. I just felt and sensed that complete change in attitude on the team that made it seem that anything was possible. For so many years, even if we went into the 4th quarter with a 50-point lead (not that we ever did that ), I just expected to lose and you could tell the team expected the same. And more often than not, lose is exactly what we did! Guy has these players believing in themselves and not giving up, no matter what.. Wonder if we could get him to give half-time speeches to the basketball Cats?
