No, I haven't tried it. I've never heard of it before. What's it called. I'm interested. I'm not sure what it's called. He got it at GNC. I think it comes in chocolate and vanilla and you just mix it with milk. It also goes good with MGD. I think it's kinda expensive. I believe around $50 or $60 for a super sized can. You have to work out often or you end up like my brother.

Maybe you guys can teach me how to gain some weight. I'm 6'1 and 160 lbs. I need to find a weight room. When I play basketball, I always play center, and I just get pushed around all the time. Patience KT. The weight will come, and then you'll wish you were 160lbs again. I graduted highschool at 6'4" and a whopping 155 lbs. Since going to work I have gained over 110 lbs. I'm almost two of me now. Working on getting back down to about 225 though. I'll be there come BB Madness! .

Sorry Kentubby, but I can only give really good weight-gain advice to the females in the crowd (since I have so much personal experience in that area!). But what the heck...ask your doctor if he'll give you a depo injection (birth control for females, btw). I didn't want one after I had my daughter, but the doc insisted. Net result was a 35 pound weight gain over a 4 week period (after having already lost all my pregnancy weight) Four years later, and I still struggle to lose those pounds. I have dropped 12 of them, but that still leaves 23 to go. ARGHHHHHHHHHH! (and I already gave up McDonald's fries!) On a related note, I also heard a report that in conjunction with the elimination of Super Sized meals, McD's is planning on launching the Adult Happy Meal that would include salads or grilled chicken as the main items. But will they have toys, too?
