You point a gun at someone, gun goes off, somebody dies.....you, me or anyone else goes to jail, right? It gets better, you wipe the fingerprints off of the gun and then remind your friends that it was an accident, wait a bit and then call an ambulance.....you, me or anyone else is not only going to jail, but we are actually going to prison and for a long time. Jayson Williams did all of the above, but yet is only convicted of destroying evidence and tampering with witnesses. Jayson Williams is going to only be facing time in the county lock up.....HUH? Could someone please explain to me how in the heck this dude did get convicted of atleast involutary manslaughter? We even had someone on our board declare "he didn't mean to do it, so why should he go to prison?" Sheeeesh.........anyone want to take a stab at it?

Money didn't help Martha Stewart, so maybe its just MALE celebrities that can buy their way out of punishment.
