kt - Thought Prince was your favorite player at UK. He is. In my post, I make that clear by saying that I think Prince is a great player. I'm just using him as an example to prove my good friend, snick, wrong.

my favorite is the sinking ship comment and we've have the best 2 regular seasons of basketball in the country. funny how crude some people are to Tubby. I love the whines and excuses from Tubby haters. They move from whatever is "hot" but there is never a reason that always remains THE reason they dislike Tubby. Used to be TLT, but that went way out the wayside 2 years ago. Then it was recruiting and now we may have the best class in the country. Next it will be because he's balding or he's six feet tall or he doesnt wear Jordache anymore.

Well, This is my first post in this message board. I have enjoyed reading everything from the past several months, getting a feel for where everyone stands. Aside from the most recent post that Teddy made on the 1st of March, there hasn't been anything new since 10/28. Now that we are still undefeated in the SEC, with a perfect record for the past two months, I am just curious to see where some of you currently stand on the original question posed. Wow...I found my first post.

Next it will be because he's balding or he's six feet tall or he doesnt wear Jordache anymore. Add up the ten loss seasons, 2 round of 32's, 2 sweet 16's, one Elite Eight in the last five seasons, two number one seeds and no FF, and 3 weak recruiting seasons; subtract winning the weak SEC the last two seasons with a gaudy record and a very good recruiting class this year. The equation isn't that clear. Which is the norm for Tubbo? One FF in 13 seasons; you have to reach this milestone to think about winning a championship. Some think the future is so bright, others think Tubby reached his peak in 98 and is coming back to his norm.

Some think the future is so bright, others think Tubby reached his peak in 98 and is coming back to his norm. And some think that others will never like Tubby and will never give up on griping as long as they live.

Quoth the sunshine twins, "We can't expect any better, as good as it needs be. Evermore." kj, I think we all expect better. But, we also want to cherish and celebrate our success as well, like multiple and various SEC champioships. We should count the blessings that we do have. Things could always be worse.

A little parody there contrasting the bitchers and complainers and those of the sun always shines variety. Some vacillate wildly but I think we all can be wrong.

I think Tubby will be here for a while, Looks like Saul may move into a full time coaching position if one of our able assistants move on ,,,Leastwise thats what i'm hearing . Anybody else heard anything to that effect?

Anybody else heard anything to that effect? Hooray, that would be a great day for UK Athletics. Having two Smiths would be great. Tubby is great, but Saul would be fantastic. He knows his dad's system, plus we haven't had any body with his kind of fire in a long time. He got after it.

Anybody else heard anything to that effect? No!!! Say it ain't Scott Rigot who's leaving us! (Haven't been around in a while. Is anyone still trying to push the idea that Rigot is the savior of UK basketball?)
